Kasia Graston

Office Manager

Hello, I’m Kasia, the Office Manager at Therapeutic Collective Oakville. I take great pride in making sure our space is warm, welcoming, and running smoothly so that therapists can focus on what they do best - supporting their clients.

With over 15 years of customer service experience, I love creating an environment where both practitioners and clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home from the moment they walk through the door.

I’m passionate about keeping things organized and efficient, ensuring that every detail is taken care of so therapists can work without distractions. Whether I’m managing logistics, responding to inquiries, or making sure the space is well-maintained, my goal is always the same - to create a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone at Therapeutic Collective Oakville. I understand that a well-run space allows therapists to focus fully on their clients, and I take great pride in making that possible.

I believe in creating genuine connections and keeping communication open so that everyone feels supported and valued. Being warm, responsive, and solution-focused is second nature to me, and I love knowing that my work helps create a space where practitioners can truly thrive.

Therapeutic Collective Oakville isn’t just an office - it’s a community, and I’m proud to be at the heart of it. I’m so grateful to be part of a space that brings people together, offering connection, support, and care every day.

Jodi Rouah

Owner & Clinical Director

Hi, I’m Jodi, the driving force behind the creation of Therapeutic Collective Oakville. I built this space with a vision and one goal in mind - to offer therapists a welcoming, professional environment where they can do their best work and feel supported in the process.

With over 14 years of clinical experience as a therapist and 8 years as a clinical supervisor, I know just how important it is to have a space that fosters both healing and growth, not only for clients but for therapists as well. I’ve always been passionate about building connections and creating a sense of community. In my own journey, I saw how isolating private practice could be, and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what inspired me to build Therapeutic Collective Oakville - a place where therapists can collaborate, feel at home, and focus on what truly matters: supporting their clients. By providing a thoughtfully designed and well-equipped space, I hope to make high-quality mental health care more accessible in an environment that feels safe, warm, and inviting.

I offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges related to relationships, perinatal mental health, and addiction. Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

At the core of everything I do, whether in therapy, supervision, or through Therapeutic Collective Oakville, is a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Christopher Mark

IT Manager

Hi, I’m Christopher. My career in Information Technology spans twenty-five years, a period during which I've watched the digital landscape evolve from simple networking to complex cloud architecture. This extensive experience has instilled in me a fundamental philosophy: for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), technology should be a source of stability and predictability, not a distraction. I find deep professional satisfaction in moving past temporary fixes to build resilient, cost-conscious IT systems designed to support growth for the long haul.

My work isn't just about managing hardware; it's about providing the strategic clarity that allows business owners to focus on their core mission without anxiety.

My approach is built on safeguarding the foundations. I have spent years mastering how to layer crucial protections: from implementing robust end point detection and response to endpoint security on every device, to ensuring web services remain airtight, and deploying advanced email protection that neutralizes the constant threat of phishing. Beyond defense, much of my effort goes into the art of optimization taking existing infrastructure and making it faster, more reliable, and easier to use. Whether that involves streamlining network performance or building seamless cloud-based backup and recovery plans, my goal is always to deliver a quiet, high-performing IT environment where stability is assumed, and operational disruption is minimized.
